World Trade Center terminals are approximately 300 m away from the edge of Las Ramblas where the Columbus Monument (Milador de Colom) is situated.
Moll Adossat terminals are approximately 2km away from the edge of Las Ramblas. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to go to the Christopher Columbus monument by walk. Barcelona Airport
Barcelona-El Prat Airport is the closest airport to Barcelona city centre. This international airport is located in the 12 km southwest of downtown Barcelona. Barcelona-El Prat Airport is the closest airport to Barcelona central city.
The international flights mostly depart and arrive at Terminal 1 (T1). LCC flights use Terminal 2 (T2). Metro and Aerobus are operating at both terminals. The Renfe train is departing from Terminal 2 and no service at Terminal 1.
How to get from Barcelona Airport to Cruise Terminal
You have some options in travelling Barcelona cruise ship terminals to Barcelona Airport or vice versa. Transportation from Barcelona Airport to Cruise Terminal is either Aerobus or taxi.
You can also choose different ways to transfer to the city center from Barcelona Airport such as by Metro, Renfe or public bus. However, it is rather complicated and includes transits more than twice. My best recommendation is either by Aerobus or taxi.

From Plaça España, catch a taxi to the cruise terminal. It takes you 5 to less than 10-minute ride depending on the cruise terminals you arrive.
Metro L3
Or you can catch the Metro L3 from Plaça España and get off at Drassanes. It is the three stops from Plaça España to the direction Trinitat Nova. From Drassanes you can either walk to the World Trade Center for about less than 10 minutes.
City Bus
Or if your departure terminal is Moll Adossat wharf, catch the Cruise Bus (T3 Port Bus) from the Columbus Monument (Milador de Colom). The bus stop is situated along the square of the Columbus Monument at the seaside.
Once you get off Metro underground ‘Drassanes‘ and go up for outside, you will find the tall statue of the Columbus Monument (Milador de Colom) towards the seaside. Walk there for a few minutes. Catch the blue Cruise Bus.

2. Taxi
The fast and comfortable way to go to Barcelona Cruise Terminals is to catch a taxi. There are 9 terminals in total at the Barcelona Port, 7 of these are cruise terminals. It is one of the largest cruise ports in Europe.
In the Airport, find a sign ‘TAXI’ and go downstairs with an escalator. You will find a taxi rank. Catch only a ‘registered taxi‘. They are coloured with ‘black and yellow‘ and have a meter.

My tip: Taxi in Barcelona is reliable. I never had any problem with them. They charge only on the meter and surcharge. Ride only on a registered black and yellow taxi.

The cruiser terminals at the Port of Barcelona have an excellent connection. The World Trade Center terminals are located within a walking distance, 400 metres away from the nearest bus stop and the Metro. The nearest Metro station is Drassanes.
If your departure terminal is located in Moll Adossat, you can catch the Cruise Bus (T3 Port Bus shuttle). It takes cruise passengers from the Monument of Columbus (Plaza de Colón) to terminals A, B, C and D.
How to get to Barcelona Cruise Terminals from City Center
Wherever your hotel is located in the city of Barcelona, you can come down to the Columbus Monument and catch the Cruise Bus for the terminals in Moll Adossat or can walk to the terminals in the World Trade Centre.

How to go to Barcelona Cruise Terminal from your hotel
If your hotel is located near Plaça de Catalunya which the central Barcelona and the city’s transport hub, or Eixample, get the Metro L3. Catalunya Metro station will take you to Drassanes.
If your hotel is located in the area at the middle of Las Ramblas, or the Gothic Quarter, Liceu is the nearest Metro station. Get Metro L3 and get off at the next station, Drassanes.

Or you can catch the Metro L3 from Plaça España and get off at Drassanes. It is the three stops from Plaça España to the direction Trinitat Nova. From Drassanes you can either walk to the World Trade Center for about less than 10 minutes.
City Bus
Once you get off Metro Drassanes station and go up to outside, you will find the tall statue of the Columbus Monument (Milador de Colom) at the seaside. Walk there for a few minutes.
Cruise Bus (T3 Port Bus) runs from the Columbus Monument. The bus stop is situated along the square of Columbus Monument at the seaside.
